Nevermore!!!

My friends and I got to the Culture Room for the Opeth/Nevermore/Into Eternity, found a good parking space, got in line in the spot another friend of mine saved for us. We waited for an hour or so until the doors finally opened, quickly got an awesome Nevermore shirt and moved quickly to get my spot in the front area and stay there.

Nevermore played right after Into Eternity opened the show, and Nevermorejust RIPPED IT THE FUCK UP!!! They were so awesome! I sang along to all their songs:

Born
My Acid Words
Bittersweet Feast
The River Dragon Has Come
The Godless Endeavor
Final Product
Enemies of Reality

Man they were sooooooo great! Much better than they did at GIGANTOUR! And I got to see Jeff Loomis shred like a motherfucker on probably one of my favorite guitars, the Schecter Hellraiser C7-FR, I WANT THAT FUCKING GUITAR!!! During one of the songs, Warrell Dane (singer) tripped and fell for a few seconds, it looked funny. Another funny thing he said was when he was introducing "Final Product," he said "next song is the our latest video, but I'm sure no one has seen it yet because nobody watches MTV!" LOL!!!

After the show I walked out of the venue and saw a lot of people I didn't see earlier (no shit, it's because I had to find my place in the front and stay there, and throughout I was STRUGGLING to stay there dammit, lol)! Then we met the bands. Well, meeting Nevermore, I was only able to meet and get autographs and pics with only three of the five members since Warrell Dane and Jim Sheppard (bassist) were sleeping and trying to get over some colds they've been having. Steve Smyth (second guitarist) remembered me from Gigantour! :-D Jeff Loomis told me about his interest in Schecter guitars was established and he confirmed that he's gonna release an instrumental solo album! YESSSS, YESSSS, HELL FUCK YEAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!! :-D :-D :-D
